Day 1; Arrival – Nairobi & Fly to Masai Mara National Reserve,
An amiable representative will greet you warmly upon your arrival in Nairobi (Jomo Kenyata International Airport) and assist you with immigration, customs, and baggage claims. They will stay with you until you get to the arrivals area to meet your driver. After that, you'll be driven to the domestic airport to catch a light aircraft flight to the Masai Mara. A representative will greet you when you arrive at the Masai Mara and take you to your safari camp, where you will spend the next three nights. Basecamp Masai Mara is a basic camp on the Talek River encircled by forest, be on the lookout for the variety of birds and the occasional monkey. From here, the safaris enter the Masai Mara National Reserve. Although this is one of the Mara's busier areas, the wildlife is amazing.

Day 2-3; Masai Mara National Reserve,
Upon this amazing experience, you have two full days to spend going on two game drives a day on the Masai Mara plains, where you can see a variety of African wildlife. You will likely see zebra, impala, gazelle, wildebeest, buffalo, rhino, and elephant in addition to lions, cheetahs, and leopards at this famous reserve, which provides incredible opportunities for wildlife viewing. You can witness the Great Migration in the Mara from August to November, but the herds' yearly movements are unpredictable, making it difficult to pinpoint their exact locations. Our travel experts have the first-hand knowledge required to place you in the ideal location. While visiting the Masai Mara, you can engage in a variety of other activities in addition to game drives. These include guided bush walks, cultural visits to Maasai marketplaces and villages, and early-morning hot air balloon rides over the Masai Mara's plains and forests. These can be added for an additional fee. You can enjoy a leisurely lunch at your picnic spots, while dinner and overnight stays will follow your schedule.

Day 4; Fly to the Serengeti National Park (Northern);
You will be taken to the airstrip after breakfast so that you can take a plane to Tanzania and the Serengeti. Some operators might advise you to drive there, however, this means spending the entire day on the road, which makes for an extremely long day and eliminates any possibility of seeing wildlife. Take a flight, it's undoubtedly the best way to maximize your limited time on safari. For the next two nights, you will be staying at the Marmara Tented Lodge, a tented lodge in the Serengeti with views of Kenya across the savannah. Compared to other parts of the Serengeti, this section receives far fewer visitors and offers year-round wildlife viewing opportunities, along with the possibility of witnessing the Great Migration in July, September, and possibly November. You will come here for two days in a row to explore the breathtaking natural beauty and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 5; Serengeti National Park,
You will continue your journey in the Serengeti National Park today, which provides some of Africa's best opportunities for seeing wildlife. Lemala Kuria Hills offers two shared game drives per day. More than two million zebra and wildebeest travel from Serengeti National Park to Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve each year. The dangerous Mara River, which flows through the Serengeti in Tanzania and the Masai Mara in Kenya, must be crossed by the herds. They cross the river in search of greener pastures, but they must contend with hazardous predators and treacherous water currents. It's a dangerous time for wildebeest or zebra, with crocodiles hiding in the muddy waters and lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas patrolling the river banks.

Day 6; Final Day- Departure from Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport.
Today is the final day of this majestic adventure, You will spend your time with a morning game drive before a flight back to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport. If you have extra time don’t hesitate to let us know earlier, we can also arrange extensions to this trip such as further safari destinations in Tanzania or a flight to some of Tanzania's stunning coastal destinations like Zanzibar, Pemba, or Mafia.
